Are there any terms or conditions I should know?

• Amarylis may need to contact you by email (or phone) for progressive photos, queries and/or consultations.


• Table hire requires a security deposit which is refundable when stock is returned and undamaged.  Should damages or missing arrangements occur then the security deposit will be forfeited to replace those items.


• A "pull-out" clause applies to cancellations of orders. All orders require a 50% deposit of the total amount on confirmation. If Amarylis has started your order and a cancellation occurs then the deposit amount is non-refundable.


• Conditions on Website Specials - only one special applies per order, per customer.
